Your appointments are made especially for you. If you are unable to attend please advise us within 24 hours of the appointment or a fee will be charged.
For your information our cancellation policy is as follows:
When you book an appointment with a NOURISH practitioner, the whole session time is set-aside for you, and this time is not available for other clients. Because of this, the cancellation policy outlined below will be strictly adhered to.
If, for some reason, you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice otherwise you will be charged 50% of the session fee, plus GST - no rebate is available for this charge.
If you do not cancel an appointment, and you do not attend the appointment, then you will be charged 100% of the session fee (no rebate is available for this charge).
Rebates
Private health funds - The 'Extras' cover usually allows you to claim a rebate for all dietetic and psychology consultations. Check with your health care provider for more information.
Medicare - Medicare rebates for dietetic services are available for those on an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan. Rebates for psychology services are available for those on 'The Better Access to Mental Health Care plan. A GP will need to assess your eligibility for this scheme and provide you with a referral to our practice.
Veterans Affairs - We are a registered DVA provider and offer DVA-funded consultations to applicable card holders with a GP referral. Please check with your GP if you think you may be eligible.
